My background spans B2B SaaS, healthcare UX, and e-commerce solutions, with a focus on leveraging generative AI, Agentic AI workflows, conversational UX, and data-driven insights to support decision-making, continuous design iterations to strengthen automation in workflows, and design metadata use cases to improve accessibility.
